As a full service, professional hotel Management Company, we provide a complete range of services, which include managing, operating, consulting and acquiring of hotels.
We have managed up to 35 hotel properties, which is equal to over 6000 rooms.

 Our properties range from 90 units all suite hotels to over 500 rooms commercial hotels, including independent as well as franchised properties, destination resort hotels to downtown hotels that cater to business travelers.

* World Trade Center Grand Hotel (L), Convention Hall and Office Building(R), Hangzhou, China

* At year of 1996 opened the World Trade Center Grand Hotel Hangzhou, China.  Re-launched construction of hotel complex (hotel, business office and convention center; total space: 120,000 square meters) opening it as five star hotel (1996-2001). * Formed joint venture Management Company with Yunnan Provincial Tobacco Bureau at 1998; acquired license as a management company in China; opened three hotels:  Xishuangbanna Thai Garden Hotel (five-star hotel), Hongnan Hotel (four-star hotel) in Guangzhou, and Landu Hotel (four-star hotel) in Baoshan, Yunnan.

* Formed joint venture Management Company with Franchise Services International, acquired “Master Franchise Rights” from Howard Johnson International, and established “Howard Johnson, China” (1998).
